MIDWEST HOME SUPPLY CONTRACTED DELIVERY SERVICES
Buyer must inspect merchandise prior to purchase. Any damage after purchase is not the responsibility of Midwest Home Supply. OnePiece Appliance LLC will deliver goods purchased from Midwest Home Supply via truck and enclosed trailer.
After your purchase transaction is complete with Midwest Home Supply, you acknowledge that Midwest Home Supply is under no obligation to you and is no longer responsible for your purchased items. All items are sold ‘As Is’. Furthermore, you release Midwest Home Supply from any and all liability in the terms of this contract and service. The OnePiece Appliance LLC fees for delivery service are as follows:

CANCELLATIONS OR UNDELIVERABLE GOODS
If a scheduled delivery is canceled, refused, or or an adult (over the age of 18) is not available to accept and sign for delivery, a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery charge will be charged. If your home is not accessible to the delivery vehicle, it will be your responsibility to transport your purchased items to your house. If delivery requires additional time or equipment, additional fees may be applied. Any additional fees that are incurred to complete delivery shall be the responsibility of the buyer. OnePiece Appliance LLC, LLC will issue a proof of delivery.
HOME DELIVERY POLICY
Please have the area in your home free and clear of obstructions and ready for delivery. For reasons of liability and schedule limitations, delivery teams will not move existing furniture, rugs, accessories; connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors or wall art. Tip-over hazards and the installation of tip-over restraints are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Area rugs will be delivered to your home. Delivery teams will not unroll and place the rug on the floor unless the area is free and clear of all obstructions. Only furniture delivered at the same time as your rug will be placed on the rug.
Please note the dimensions of the merchandise that you have purchased and make sure that everything will fit and can be delivered using the entry doors and passages in your house. If the merchandise is returned or canceled because it does not fit, or cannot be delivered due to inadequate access or due to potential damage to the merchandise or the house, or potential injury to persons, the cancellation fee will apply. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Delivery personnel will not hang or attach merchandise to walls, ceilings, or floors. Tip-over hazards are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Every practical attempt will be made to position your furniture as you would like. However, if delivery to the desired area involves limited maneuverability because of narrow halls, doorways, etc., OnePiece Appliance LLC will not be responsible for damage that might come to your home or furnishings. If two people cannot reasonably move the item to the desired area and you cannot arrange additional help, delivery will be made to an accessible area.
For reasons of liability and schedule limitations, delivery teams will not remove used furniture or take used furniture to another location (donation centers, neighbors, etc.) Disposal of used furniture is the buyer’s responsibility.
DAMAGE
OnePiece Appliance LLC will inspect the item before removing it from Midwest Home Supply and will photograph the item. Any cosmetic defects will be documented. Carefully and thoroughly inspect each item before signing for delivery. If there is a problem, notify OnePiece Appliance LLC and your delivery driver immediately. If the delivery crew can correct the problem, it will be taken care of immediately. At the discretion of OnePiece Appliance LLC the item may be restored or repaired and re delivered to you at no charge.
All goods will be insured by OnePiece Appliance LLC’s insurance company.
